Product Description

    Foundry roller sand mixer is a kind of sand mixer with high efficiency, low consumption and novel structure. It is suitable for sand treatment production line in foundry workshop, and can also be used alone. It is mainly used for mixing clay sand, and can also be used for mixing powdery materials in chemical, glass, building materials and other industries.

   The whole machine consists of transmission system, working system, machine body and auxiliary devices.

   The transmission system consists of motor, belt pulley and V-belt transmission, and three-stage cylindrical gear reducer. The working mechanism includes grinding wheel and scraper. The machine body includes chassis, legs and enclosure. Auxiliary devices include sand gate, lubrication system and sampler.
